2018 SIHH welcomes new members to 34 more participating brands

The Geneva-based International Haute Horlogerie and Salon (SIHH) continues to attract leading luxury watch brands and talented independent watchmakers, and this prestigious event will be more adaptable than ever before to the changing environment and provide the watchmaking industry Set standards.

From January 15 to January 19, 2018, the 28th SIHH will be unveiled at the Palexpo Exhibition Center. For the third year in a row, this industry event has made significant new development and is ready for the famous exhibitors. The expanded central pavilion will welcome Hermes and the larger Carrédes Horlogers pavilion will provide space for DeWitt, Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud and Romain Gauthier: SIHH is expanding and international presence is growing. The addition of new members brings the total number of exhibitors to 34 next year, 18 top watchmaking workshops and 16 Carrédes Horlogers brands committed to excellence in timing.

As a Haute Horlogerie Center, SIHH will maintain the selective and exclusive success of the past 27 years. "With no intention to expand blindly, SIHH will pursue its development with rigor and prudence in order to maintain the outstanding value of creating a reputation while meeting the expectations of present and future exhibitors and customers," commented Fabienne Lupo, managing director of SIHH.

Each January in Geneva, exhibitors showcase their best work, and wherever the latest trends in advanced technology and precious watchmaking are revealed, as well as where the current and future generations of the industry are created. Professionals, industry journalists and influencers, as well as experienced and aspiring collectors, gathered for the exclusive event that was eagerly awaited.

In this way, SIHH has made significant progress over the past few years with advanced tabulation, moving on. New Participants, New Customers, New Markets ... The luxury industry continues to expand its borders and engage in genuine dialogue with enthusiasts.

In line with this spirit, the organizers set up the first public open day last year and in 2018 SIHH will once again be open to the public.

Needless to say, the next SIHH will be as exciting, surprising and innovative as the previous one.
