The warranty period is 12 months,PROMISE.
During the warranty period, if parts are damaged and need to be repaired (artificial damages and easy-broken part are not included ), customer no need to send back first and wait after repairing, instead, we will send the replaceable part to customer by DHL or other fast parcels, no need to wait and save time,FAST.
Both spare parts and parcel freight to customer side are free,BOTH FREE.
We provide maintenance for whole life !
6. FAQQ1 : How many movies included ? And how about the update ?
A: we offer total 50pcs all 360 degree VR contents, all is included inside the machine and price, no need to buy and pay extra; The style of contents include, large pendulum, roller coaster, Children's, thrilling, racing, shooting games( 3 pcs inside ), dinosaur... all kinds of entertainments. And about the update, we would keep updating for customers if we have new and good contents available, it's also free during the warranty period and our service team will remote and operate with customers by Team Viewer software.
Q2 : How long and how clear about the contents ?
A: The time for contents is about 3 to 5 minutes and all contents is 1K to 2K, most of them is 2K ( 2560X1440 ), it's very clear.
Q3 : Is there any place could make the record to see how many people play one day ?
A: Yes, there's one consumer statistic function inside our system, that mean we could check all records there, such as what date, which movie, what time, how many guests & total guests, which it's safe for our management.
Q4 : What's the currency(amp) need to set up for 1 machine ?
A: Take 9D VR chair 2 seats for example, normal machine working power is 1200W, so if local voltage is 110V, so suggestion safety currency is 15A, if local voltage is 220-240V, so suggestion safety currency is 8A. Also, voltage should be stable.
Q5 : Do need any installation when receive machine ?
A: We assemble all well before delivery, no need any installation, that mean when customer receive the goods, just follow our attached user manual, which plug the power and open all computers, then can play.
Q6 : What's the guarantee?

That mean when problem happen, our service team will help you to check what's the reason exactly step by step, if that's the software problem, we would remote and solve it with customers by Team Viewer, if that's the spare parts problem, we will send the replaceable part to customers by DHL or other fast parcels and teach customers how to replace it.
Q7 : What's minimum order quantity and how long could ship ?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1pcs, and as normal, we will finish the goods in 15 days after receiving deposit.
Q8 : How to make the deal safe and what's the trade assurance ?
A: We could deal via Alibaba for trade assurance order which customers could get protection from Alibaba group, for details, please check , https://tradeassurance.alibaba.com .
That mean, we will send the contract via Alibaba system to customer Alibaba account, then when customer receive it, confirm and pay the deposit, after we receive it, then arrange the production, after goods' finished, customer pay the balance then we ship the goods according to customer instruction. If customer find any problems for the goods when received, could send dispute to Alibaba for complain, compensation or even return money.
Q9 : What kind of payment acceptable ?
A: We accept payments of T/T (bank transfer), credit card, e-checking and L/C.
Q10 : What kind of shipment provided ?
A: Goods could be ship by sea or by air, and we provide shipment service, CIF(to destination port) and DDP(to door) service.
