Baler use and maintenance

Before the baler must check whether the photocells of the strapping machine components are intact, whether the reflectors are aligned and whether there is dust on them, and if they are not aligned correctly, remove the dust on them. Whether the screws and nuts of the various parts are loose or not should be tightened in time. If there is a phenomenon of missing nails, the repair personnel must be notified to deal with it in time. Check if there is any debris in the conveyor belt. If there is a need to clear it, blow the dust in the conveyor belt with compressed air.

Check whether the crankshaft part is short of oil. If it is missing, the crankshaft must be refueled by a trickle method. Usually a small stick of oil is used and slowly dripped onto the shaft. It cannot be poured into the rail with an inverted way. When the belt is slippery, it will not be carried and it will not be tight. During the boot process, if abnormal phenomena are found, such as loud sounds, large vibrations, odors, etc. If they cannot find out, they should stop the automatic baler from calling repair personnel to avoid damage to internal parts.
