Failure phenomenon:
â—‡ The ink car hits the right side of the printer during printing, and there is an abnormal sound.
â—‡ The printer feeder does not work or paper feed fails.

Solution:
Similar problems mainly occur on the EPSON 700/780/1200 models. The cause of the failure is the bounce of the ink cart travel belt. Lubricating the ink cart spindle can solve this problem.
Wipe the LB-A lubricant with a paper towel on the main shaft of the ink cart, and push the ink cart back and forth to evenly apply the lubricant to the shaft. Remember not to drip or spray lubricating oil on the spindle, let alone lubricating oil dripping from the shaft.
Perform the following steps to eliminate the phenomenon of ink car impact and abnormal noise:
â—‡ Unplug the printer when the printer is turned on, and the ink cart will be in the initial position on the far right.
â—‡ Under the ink cart corresponding to the black ink cartridge, there is a small white stop block. You can find it with a flashlight.
â—‡ Use a pair of tweezers to turn this white stopper forward (towards you). Pull the ink cart out of the initial position manually.
â—‡ At this time, the power supply is still off, push the ink cart to the far left, until it cannot be pushed.
â—‡ Plug in the printer power, or turn on the printer power switch.
â—‡ At this time, the ink cart travel belt of the printer will bounce and reposition the initial position, and the ink cart will eventually stop at the initial position on the far right side of the printer.
