Maintenance of testing machine
The testing machine should be kept clean at all times, and the operating procedures must be strictly followed. After the test, the broken samples should be removed in time. When not in use, cover with a cloth cover to prevent dust from immersing. All parts of the host should be wiped frequently. After the non-painted surface is wiped clean, apply a small amount of hard oil. It is best to apply anti-rust oil during the rainy season to avoid rust. The valve of the hydroelectric box should not be opened frequently to avoid dust intrusion and affect the test accuracy.
Before use, the hydraulic oil must be clean and free of impurities, and depending on the number of uses, clean the oil tank and replace the oil once every one or two years, clean the oil filter, and replace the oil by using a hose to overflow the oil delivery valve. Connect the oil pipe to the outside of the machine, start the oil pump, draw out the oil in the oil tank, then open the lower cover plate of the oil tank, unscrew the oil filter, and clean the bottom of the oil tank. Grinding hydraulic oil, aviation hydraulic oil or precision machine tool hydraulic oil, etc.

Failure and elimination method

1. The maximum load value can not be achieved by the tester loading, which may be caused by the following reasons, and the fault must be checked and eliminated.
1.1 There is leakage at each oil pipe joint, and it should be checked for tightening.
1.2 The viscosity of the hydraulic oil used is small (too thin) and does not meet the requirements of the regulations. The viscosity of the oil must be adjusted.
1.3 The plunger bypass in the oil delivery valve is clogged with unclean materials. The plunger must be unscrewed, cleaned with kerosene, and the oil pump is started to allow the oil to flush out the unclean materials and then install the plunger.
1.4 The oil spill valve in the oil valve is dirty. Unscrew the closing nut of the oil delivery valve, use a ring screwdriver (accessory) to pull out the oil spill valve, clean the valve sleeve and valve body with kerosene, and then install it. During installation, the closing nut must be filled with hydraulic oil and the gasket should be put in place. After installation, there must be no oil leakage.
1.5 The oil output and oil absorption of the oil pump are blocked by unclean objects, or the oil distribution surface is seriously worn. The oil pump must be disassembled and inspected, cleaned and replaced, or the parts are repaired to eliminate the cause of wear.
2. Numbers beat repeatedly
During the test, if the digital runout is not due to deformation of the specimen or reaching the yield point, it may be caused by the following reasons.
2.1 There is air in the oil path of the testing machine.
2.2 The viscosity of the oil used is small (too thin), the oil viscosity must be adjusted.
2.3 There are impurities in the oil delivery valve. Clean the oil valve as described above.
3. No value is displayed for load and displacement
3.1 Check whether the connecting plug is off, whether the plug and the socket are in good contact:
