The service personnel of Sartorius Company regularly maintain the electronic balance, which will not only extend the service life of the instrument, but also improve the safety of the measurement. Sartorius can provide users with a service period of 1 month to 2 years.

Cleaning

Before cleaning the instrument, please disconnect the instrument from the working power.

When cleaning, please do not use strong cleaning agents (solvents, etc.), only use a towel moistened with a neutral cleaning agent (soap) to scrub. Please be careful not to let liquid seep inside the instrument. After wiping with a wet towel, dry it with a dry soft towel. The remainder / powder of the test piece must be carefully removed with a brush or a hand-held vacuum cleaner.

Security check

If the instrument can no longer be guaranteed to work without danger in your opinion, then please cut off the power supply of the instrument and take safety measures to ensure that it will not be used otherwise.

The reasons why the transformer can no longer be guaranteed to work safely are as follows:

－The transformer is damaged by human eyes

－The transformer can no longer work

－Long-term storage in harsh environment

In this case, please inform Sartorius service personnel. The operation of restoring the instrument is only allowed to be carried out by the personnel of the company, or the experts authorized and authorized by the company according to the content and requirements stated in the maintenance documents.

The electronic components used in the electronic balance comply with the German industrial standard DIN40040 and should be at least KSF grade
