There are many methods that merchants can use to prevent counterfeit goods from being counterfeited, and the use of an anti-re-seal carton to prevent re-use of the carton is one of the methods that can be used. 
Anti-reclosed packaging carton, which means that after the carton is opened, there is a clear trace of damage somewhere in the carton, and it can no longer be restored to its original state to attract consumers' attention. Its purpose is to protect the goods in the circulation process to prevent people from opening the carton and remove the goods, and then use fake goods to swindle the consumers and also damage the reputation of the merchants. The design of the re-sealable packaging carton is designed to be a special structure only at a certain part of the carton, and these structures are used to destroy the carton during the opening process. This type of carton is suitable for the packaging of food or medical products that are closely related to people's lives. Let's talk about how to design a resealable packaging carton. 
First, the cover of the carton is designed as a point-adhesive anti-reseal structure
This structure is designed for some anti-re-seal structures in the traditional carton cover. A semi-grooved, concentric and mutually perpendicular ellipse is designed on the top and bottom layers of the plug-in lid, and the depth of the cut is about half the thickness of the cardboard. The cover plate 1 is spot bonded to one of the dust repellent blades 2 . (ie bonding with adhesive in a small area of ​​the ellipse). During the opening process, the cover of the sticky part will tear into a T-shaped section, so that the carton is damaged, so as to play a role in preventing re-sealing. The corresponding semi-slotted ellipse with the same structure is also designed on the base plate. This structure is suitable for tubular cassettes.
Second, the carton is designed to easily pull the seal structure
This structure is suitable for use in larger size tubular or tray cartons. For a tubular carton, it is designed as two cover plates 1, 2 that are glued to one another and on one of the cover plates is designed as an easy-to-pull strap. Two mutually bonded base plates are also designed, one of which is designed as a pull tape. For the disc tray, the side plates 3 can be added to the cover plate, and the side plates can be designed to be easily drawn and then bonded to the side plates 4 on the bottom plate. The adhesive is in the area of ​​the easy-to-draw tape, and the easy-to-draw tape is damaged regardless of how the carton is opened. This structure has a large adhesive area and a strong structure, allowing for the packaging of larger objects. 
Third, in the carton design combination opening to achieve anti-reseal
Various auxiliary lines, such as sewing threads, half-cut lines, etc., are designed on the carton to form two or more opening forms that cooperate with each other when opened. As shown in (6), a half-cut line 2 is designed on the carton cover 1, and the fold line between the cover plate 1 and the side plate 3 is designed as a sewing line 4, and the side plate 3 is partially adhered to the side plate 5 on the bottom plate. Together. When it is opened, it can be opened from the side plate 3 to the sewing thread 4 and broken, or opened from the half-cut line 2 and opened, and then the cover plate is destroyed, so as to achieve anti-resealing. The floor is also designed. This structure is easy to open, but due to half-cut lines on the cover, the strength of the carton is reduced and the contents cannot be excessively heavy. 
Since the above carton design has more lines than ordinary carton, in order to ensure the carton strength, folding paperboard should be used as raw materials, such as whiteboard, boxboard, kraft board and other coated cardboard. It should be emphasized that when these structures are used, all parts of the carton are glued together. Therefore, good quality, well-bonded adhesives, such as polyvinyl alcohol adhesives, should be used to ensure that they are bonded when opened. The surface is damaged by failure to recover. 
Fourth, the carton design lock structure
The carton is designed as two cover plates, one cover plate is designed as a lock head structure, and the other cover plate is designed as a lock structure, and the size of the lock head is larger than the lock mouth. Two fold lines are designed on the lock head to facilitate the insertion of the lock head into the lock. At the same time, a sewing thread is also designed. After the lock is inserted, it has a flat plate shape, resulting in self-locking. When the lock is opened, the lock is broken at the sewing line, and the carton cannot be resealed. The bottom plate will also be designed the same. As shown in Figure (7). This kind of structure is simple, easy to open, but poor sealing. 
Anti-reseal carton is designed in various forms, but the ultimate goal is to make the carton break when it is opened. At the same time, because the anti-refill carton is only a small change in the traditional folding carton, the processing technology is not complicated. As the cost has not increased so much, the carton is worthy of promotion.
