When the OH1 (heated tube dry burning) alarm appears in the high and low temperature test chamber, it may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The wind wheel of the machine is not running, so that the heat of the heating tube cannot be dissipated;
2. Open the side cover of the control box and check whether the setting value of the gas switch is correct. The normal temperature is 50 to 80 degrees higher than the maximum temperature of the machine;
3. The over-temperature insulation probe is too close to the heating tube, and the distance needs to be adjusted appropriately;
4. The over-temperature protector itself is damaged;
When the OH2 (humidification tube dry burning) alarm appears in the high and low temperature test chamber, it may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The water level of the humidifying water tray of the machine has not completely submerged the humidification tube (the normal standard is that the water immersion humidification tube is about 5mm). It is possible that the machine is not placed sufficiently horizontally, causing part of the water to be exposed. Make the machine fully reach the level state;
2. The float switch for monitoring the water level of the water level box is damaged, and it is still closed when the water level is not enough, resulting in dry burning of the humidification tube.
3. The air pressure in the tank is too large, and a pressure difference is formed between the inside and the outside, which causes the water in the inner tank to flow out. The water level in the water level box is normal, but the water level in the tank is low. Water blocked the flow of the balance port;
4. The over-temperature protector itself is damaged;
