1. Before using the magnetic stirrer, check if the power supply is connected and the speed control knob has been reset to zero. The speed control knob must be zeroed to ensure the safety of the experiment.
2. Place the container containing the solution on the agitator position of the instrument table, put the stirrer inside, plug in the power plug, turn on the power, and the power indicator light is on.
3. Turn on the stirring and turn on the light, the indicator light is on, and the speed control knob is clockwise from slow to fast, and adjust to the required speed. The solution is rotated by the stirring agent to rotate the solution.
4. The machine is equipped with heating device. Heat is required, insert the sensor plug on the back of the instrument and adjust the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. If heating is not required, turn the temperature adjustment knob to zero and unplug the sensor.
5. If the heating temperature is above 70 °C, the continuous heating time should not exceed 2 hours.
6. If the heating temperature exceeds 80 °C, the upper opening of the container should be covered.
7. After mixing with the solution, first adjust the speed control knob counterclockwise from fast to slow to zero. If you use the heating function, you need to adjust the temperature control knob to zero. Turn off the power switch and finally have the Take the solution container down.
8. Clean the magnetic stirrer and its surroundings.
Note on using a magnetic stirrer:
1. Make sure the speed control knob and temperature control knob are set to zero before use.
2. When using the instrument, first check if the random accessories are safe, then install the clamps in order, place the solution to be stirred in the middle of the chrome plate, select the temperature you need, start the stirring, and gradually start from low speed. Adjust to high speed, do not heat when not stirring, the instrument should be kept clean and dry, and the solution is strictly prohibited from entering the machine.
3. The teaching office found that the stirrer beats or does not stir, check if the beaker is flat and the position is positive.
4. Medium speed operation can extend the service life.
5. To prevent burns during heating, to prevent burnt power cords, etc.
6. In order to ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using.
7. When you are finished using it, please make sure that the speed control knob and temperature control knob are set to zero and the power switch is off.
8. The stirring time should not be too long, the medium speed operation can last for 8 hours, and the high speed operation can last for 4 hours.
