1. Abrasive belt deviation, generally caused by improper adjustment, the normal belt swing should be 15-20mm swing, swing frequency 15-20 times / min, moderate swing speed and consistent swing speed. If it is in an abnormal state, the time may be long, and the deviation may occur. Especially, the pendulum swing speed is inconsistent, and it is more likely to cause abnormal shutdown; the photoelectric switch is damaged, the solenoid valve is damaged, and the swing cylinder is damaged. Poor vacuuming, high dust concentration will affect the normal operation of the photocell, and also cause the belt to run off; the damaged parts should be replaced in time to improve the dust removal effect.

2, the limit is out of order, the belt has a limit switch on both sides. When the belt swings out, when it goes to one side, it touches the limit switch, the belt is loosened, and the main motor stops automatically, which can effectively protect the belt. Once the limit is broken, the belt can be damaged, the friction frame will produce Mars, and even cause a fire. Therefore, the limit switch should always check whether the action is reliable.

3. The belt wrinkles and the belt can not be used once it is wrinkled. Generally, there are three possibilities for the belt to wrinkle: the sand roller and the tension roller are worn, the grinding wants to repair the roller; the belt is soft and wrinkled. It can be treated by drying and drying; the sanding machine does not use the surface of the sanding roller for a long time, and the surface of the sanding roller is rusted and rough, and the sanding belt is difficult to oscillate. At this time, the roller should be rusted or polished with fine sandpaper.

4. The belt breakage and the belt breakage are mainly caused by the deviation of the belt, or the blunt belt is not replaced in time, or the sanding load is too large, or the hard object in the sanding process, or the quality problem of the belt itself. The belt should be broken as much as possible, otherwise it may cause a fire. When the current is abnormal, it should be observed whether the belt has been blunt, and if it is, it should be replaced in time.

6. The board is deflected, slipped, rebounded, and the adjustment of the sander is required to adjust the upper roller back pressure spring to two-thirds (one third of the remaining). The upper conveyor roller and the lower conveyor roller should be spaced apart. The thickness of the slab passed is less than 1.5mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab to run off or slip. In severe cases, it causes a rebound, which may hurt personal safety.

7. After the belt is replaced, the size of the sanding board changes, and when the cantilever of the sanding machine is loosened or locked, the position fluctuates greatly, and the normal position should be within 0.5mm. If it is too large, when the locking block locks the cantilever, the difference in the locking force will make the repeating precision of the cantilever different, causing the size of the sanding plate to fluctuate, directly affecting the sanding precision of the sander. When the cantilever error is too large (more than 0.5mm), the locking block fixing bolts should be unscrewed and properly adjusted. At the same time, when the belt is replaced, the locking block should be locked in the same strength.

8. When the idle roller rotates or does not rotate or work during the empty car, the above situation cannot be observed. It can only be found when the vehicle is empty. The reason is that the worm wheel is partially worn or completely worn during the worm gear transmission. Although it will not affect the work, other worm gears will shorten the life and cause more losses due to the increased workload. Therefore, once this is discovered, it should be replaced immediately.

9. The main bearing housing is abnormally vibrating. : Under normal circumstances, the main bearing housing has little vibration. The experienced operator can judge whether it is normal or not. There is no condition to measure with the instrument at the scene, but it can be judged by comparison with other bearing housings, or it can be used from the surface of the sanding board. Good or bad to judge. When the vibration of the bearing housing is abnormal, it can be considered that there are two reasons. First, the bearing is damaged, as long as the bearing is replaced. Second, the contact roller wears out, the garden is lost, the original dynamic balance is destroyed, and the vibration is abnormal. This situation must be Remove the sand roller for maintenance.

10. The main drive belt is slippery. In the Q-type and M-type sanders, high-speed flat belts are used. This type of transmission is theoretically more efficient than a V-belt transmission. However, in actual use, belt deviation or slippage may occur, which is mainly caused by improper adjustment. It should be adjusted in strict accordance with the requirements of belt elongation of 1.5-2%, and the belts should be elastic on both sides. After the adjustment is completed according to the requirements, the test operation should be carried out. Especially when the main motor current suddenly rises, observe whether the belt is off-track. If the deviation is reversed, it should be adjusted twice.
