Vibration Solution for Paper Tensile Tester

I don't know if my friends have used paper tension testing machines to do experiments. Have the entire machine shaken, the hands are constantly beating, and the readings are not accurate? Do you know how to deal with this situation?

    First of all, you should look at what caused the vibration and the stability of the installation of the machine. If there is no problem, it is a problem with the oil circuit. Then you need to do the following operations on the oil circuit:

1. Try to drain the air in the main body cylinder.

2. Regularly change the oil and clean the gear rod, gear, pointer and reel of the force measuring part.

3 , the plunger in the oil pump is not working properly or the gaps of the seven groups of oil distribution valves are different, it will make the paper tension testing machine produce vibration phenomenon.
