1. Description:

Festech's flexible manufacturing system is a set of equipment connected by a transmission system. The transmission device puts the workpiece on other coupling devices and sends it to the processing equipment to make the workpiece processing accurate, rapid and automated. The central computer controls the machine tool and the transmission system, and the flexible manufacturing system can sometimes process several different parts at the same time.

The system has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, modularity and easy expansion. It can meet the teaching and training of complex control processes of different degrees in industrial automation systems. It contains 1 closed-loop flexible conveyor and 10 workstations: (the above picture shows only 6 workstations for reference)

The flexibility of this system mainly includes:
