The sterilizing mixer of the capping machine and the sterilized cap feeding passage can ensure that the cap is not contaminated for the second time. The CIP cleaning device controlled by the microcomputer is a cleaning device for preventing contamination sources from the triple unit. It not only cleans and sterilizes the liquor pipeline, but also provides conditions for cleaning and sterilizing the entire environment, eliminating all pollution, and preventing the growth of bacteria. The control system of the three-in-one bottle filling and capping machine, which is closely linked together, adopts the most advanced automatic control technology and synchronous control technology, fully embodying the high-tech control methods of the product.
