Type of printing machine

The structure is in full contact, as shown in Figure 2-5. Flat-press type printing machine, limited to small-format printing, generally less than four open, the machine is small, the printing speed is slow, the production efficiency is not high, suitable for small-format letterpress printing, such as printed book cover, color pictures, packaging Supplies and so on. Second, round flat press

Round-press flat printing press is a printing machine in which the embossing mechanism has a circular shape and the plate-attaching mechanism has a planar shape. During imprinting, the platen moves under the embossing mechanism, and the embossing mechanism drives the printing material to rotate in a fixed position to realize printing, as shown in Figure 2-6. During printing, the impression cylinder is not in surface contact with the plane of the plate, but is in contact with the line belt, so the total printing pressure is small, the printing plane can be made larger, and the printing speed is faster than that of the flat-press type printing machine, which is relatively improved. The printing efficiency of the machine, but due to the reciprocating movement of the platen, the printing speed is still limited, and now such a printing press is frequently used for printing in letterpress printing. This type of printing press includes a rotary letterpress printer, a two-rotation letterpress printer, a stop-convex printing press, a lithographic proofer, an engraving gravure printing press, and the like.

Third, round press round printing machine

The cylinder-shaped printing machine of the imprinting mechanism and the plate-attaching mechanism is a round press circular printing machine. The cylinder of the imprinting mechanism is called imprinting, the cylinder of the imprinting mechanism is called the printing plate cylinder, and the imprinting cylinder and the printing plate cylinder are continuously moved in a circular motion during printing. The imprinting cylinder contacts the printing plate cylinder with the printing material and contacts each other. Turn in the opposite direction to print the print. As shown in Figure 2-7.

This type of printing machine uses the two cylinders' line contact for imprinting. It not only has a simple structure and a relatively smooth movement, but also avoids inertial impact caused by reciprocating motion and can increase the printing speed. Moreover, the printing device can also be designed as a unit type. Double-sided or multi-color printing is an efficient printer. Such printers include: printers for printing newspapers and books, lithographic offset presses, gravure printing presses and flexographic printing presses.
