4. Sealing must be carried out within the sterilization zone to prevent microbial contamination.

1. Product meets Class A or Class B commercial aseptic requirements

According to the "Acceptance Specification for Liquid Food Packaging Equipment" (Draft for Soliciting Opinions), the inspection method is as follows:

(7) Mold and yeast counts are performed in accordance with the provisions of GB 4789.15.

(8) Microbial proliferation tests for liquid foods packaged in sterile Class A, sterile Class B, and hot fill equipment.

a. All samples were incubated at 36 ± 1 °C for 7 days;

b. Visual inspection of rising packs (bags, bottles), leaked unit samples, record quantities;

c. All other samples were opened for pH measurement and sensory inspection. Samples with a pH difference of more than 0.2 from the normal value of most samples and a doubtful sensory examination (turbidity, sedimentation, color change, smell, or taste change) were detected. 5. System fault alarm and protection

6. Low energy consumption

The consumption of electricity, compressed air, steam, water, and other energy sources should be small to reduce the user's cost of use.
