COSMO can seal the container at the same time as it is filled, and it can be used to package all liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products (30 to 500 ml of shampoo, conditioner, hair dye, bath solution, bath foam, liquid soap Emulsions, lotions, solutions, foundations, make-up remover, deodorants, etc.), and filling speeds up to 200 cpm.
In order to meet a variety of different filling speed requirements, PBK takes direct filling from the product source. In order to optimize the sanitation and epidemic prevention and equipment cleaning, PBK installed 16 ceramic pumps in series on the filling machine, connected to the diaphragm valve, so that there is no node, so that the entire configuration has no stagnant area .
