**How to Use the Constant Temperature Oscillator:**
1. **Power On:** After turning on the power, the system performs a self-test, which usually takes about one minute. If the display shows “000â€, it may indicate an open sensor or an input signal outside the measurement range.
2. **Calibration:** If the displayed value is incorrect, press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the internal menu. Select parameter SC and use the â–³ or â–½ keys to adjust the correction value within the range of -50 to +50. Once done, press SET again for 3 seconds to exit. The default calibration value is 0 when shipped, so avoid making unnecessary changes.
3. **Temperature Setting:** Press the SET button to access the temperature setting mode. The lower row of the display will flash, allowing you to increase or decrease the setpoint using the â–³ or â–½ keys. Press SET again to return to normal operation once the desired temperature is set.
4. **Auto-Tuning Function:** This instrument is designed to adapt to most control systems. However, if the control performance is unsatisfactory, you can initiate auto-tuning. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the internal menu, select parameter At, and use the â–³ or â–½ keys to activate auto-tuning. The At indicator will start flashing, and the system will adjust PID parameters automatically. When the At light turns off, the process is complete, and the new settings are saved.
