Supercritical high pressure reaction equipment

The HPR series (supercritical) high-pressure chemical reaction system is designed for researchers who study high-pressure chemical reactions or similar research fields. Whether it is repeated pressurized chemical synthesis, laboratory teaching, or process development, the HPR series can meet your needs very well.

The HPR series reactors range in size from 50ml to 8L and can be operated at 10,000psi and 350 ° C. There are also two standard pressure vessels to choose from. The operating conditions for bolt sealing are 2350 psi and 350 ° C. The operating conditions for manual containment are 10,000 psi and 200 ° C. Containers with other special requirements need to be designed.

The reactor is equipped with a double impeller driven by magnetic force to ensure the best mixing. All high-voltage components are designed to be compatible with ASME and have rupture discs as a safety measure. The benchtop laboratory design provides convenient requirements for reuse. Some examples include: studies of catalytic reactions, polymerization, hydrogenation, oxidation, isomerization, and dehydrogenation. The reactors of all sizes have been designed and manufactured as easy-to-connect equipment, which is very convenient to connect with other analytical instruments and equipment. These reactors are simple and easy to put in a fume hood. The modular design makes the configuration adjustment easier and more effective to meet the different requirements of different users.

All functional parameters are controlled by a color touch screen: closed-loop temperature control, closed-loop speed control, pressure indication, ultra high temperature control, program temperature setting and speed stirrer. The RS-232 information port provides data output to an external computer. Optional equipment for HPR series reactors includes: container sight glass, inlet / outlet, cooling coil, sampling loop, and reagent addition unit.
