"7 minutes of exercise" to achieve high-intensity physical training standards

The American College of Sports Medicine recently published a campaign in the Journal of Health and Fitness to exercise the whole body. This set of sports consists of 12 items, and as long as it takes about 7 minutes, it can meet the requirements of high-intensity physical training. The "7-minute exercise" requires only one chair and one wall and can be trained at any time.

Basic requirements for exercise: 1. Each action lasts for 30 seconds, and the number of times is 15 to 20 times (can be adjusted according to individual circumstances). 2. Every time you complete an action, you must rest for 10 seconds, let the muscles relax, and then proceed to the next set of actions.
