1. The ink roller has scratches
(1) The top ink screw is too tight, and the ink blade of the top ink screw pushes the ink roller. The ink screw will be withdrawn;
(2) Foreign objects or burrs on the front edge of the ink blade scratch the outer circle of the ink roller, and remove or repair the foreign objects and burrs on the edge.
2. Ink fountain roller does not rotate
(1) The pin of the ratchet wheel of the ink discharge roller shaft becomes loose, and the pawl cannot drive the shaft to rotate;
(2) The ratchet swing rod is broken or damaged, and cannot drive the ratchet swing. The ratchet swing rod should be replaced;
(3) The pawl head is broken and cannot be caught in the ratchet wheel;
(4) Both ends of the ink delivery roller are stuck, check the two ends of the ink delivery roller shaft and repair.
3. Uneven ink supply
(1) The gap between the ink discharge roller and the ink blade is not adjusted evenly, and the gap between the ink discharge roller and the ink blade should be corrected;
(2) The braking force of the brake on the transmission surface of the ink discharge roller is too small. Adjust the pressure of the compression spring of the brake on the transmission surface of the ink discharge roller;
(3) The deformation of the outer circle of the ink transfer roller is not in uniform contact with the ink discharge roller, and the ink transfer roller should be replaced;
(4) Improper adjustment of the contact pressure between the ink transfer roller and the ink discharge roller. The contact pressure of the ink transfer roller and the ink discharge roller can be readjusted.
4. Ink roller cannot be closed
The ink roller detent controls the baffle improperly or has been worn, and the position can be adjusted or the baffle can be replaced.
5. Ink transfer / water cannot be stopped
(1) The bumper block of the ink transmission lever is stuck and cannot be bounced back. Check and repair the bumper block;
(2) The circuit of the ink transmission component is faulty, check and repair the circuit;
(3) The ink transfer electromagnetic block is faulty, remove and check it to make it work normally.
6. Poor ink leveling
(1) The ink leveling roller is aging or the quality of the ink is poor, causing surface wear, and the ink leveling roller should be replaced;
(2) Improper adjustment or deformation of the pressure between the ink leveling rollers should be adjusted or replaced.
7. Inconsistent ink on printing plate
(1) Poor ink distribution;
(2) Re-adjust the pressure due to the improper contact pressure between the plate ink roller, the cross-ink roller and the plate cylinder;
(3) The bearing of the ink roller is damaged, and the damaged bearing is detected and replaced;
(4) The water on the printing plate is uneven, check the water roller part to make the water on the printing plate even;
(5) Uneven ink output, adjust the ink output part;
(6) The ink transfer is not uniform, check the contact pressure of the ink transfer roller, ink transfer roller and ink discharge roller, and check the ink transfer roller for deformation, wear or aging. [next]
8. The print is dark before and then light or dark before and then dark
(1) The contact force between the inking roller and the printing plate and cross-ink roller is incorrect, adjust the contact force;
(2) Replace the rubber cloth or lining;
(3) The thickness of the printing plate is uneven, and the flatness is poor. Replace the qualified printing plate;
(4) The bearing of the roller is worn, and the value of the concession is large. Check and replace the bearing;
(5) The reversing position of the inking roller is incorrect, and the reversing is generally performed when the cylinder enters the neutral position;
(6) The ink roller bearing is damaged, replace its bearing;
(7) The adjustment of the ink delivery is uncomfortable, and the ink supply is insufficient or excessive. Re-adjust the ink supply system;
(8) Improper ink preparation and high viscosity, readjust the ink characteristics.
9. Paste
(1) The water supply of the water bucket is insufficient, adjust the water bucket and the water volume;
(2) The angle of the ink discharge roller is small, and the water discharge of the water roller should be adjusted;
(3) The pressure of the water transfer roller or the plate water roller and the water outlet roller or the water roller is not suitable, and readjust;
(4) The ink on the surface of the water transfer roller or the water-filled flannel is thick, which affects the water transfer, and the water fleece cover should be replaced;
(5) The water transmission has no action due to circuit problems, check and repair the circuit;
(6) If there is dirt on the surface of the water string, which affects the water transfer performance, clean the water string;
(7) If the printing plate is damaged, replace the printing plate;
(8) Ink and ink imbalance, large ink and small water phenomenon, adjust the amount of water and ink.
10. Flower plate failure
(1) Large water and small ink, unbalanced water and ink, adjust the water and ink balance;
(2) The printing pressure is not suitable, correct the printing pressure;
(3) Ink characteristics are not good, readjust the ink;
(4) Ink emulsification is serious, replace the ink;
(5) Excessive water accumulation on the velvet cloth of the plate water roller, remove and properly remove the water accumulation;
(6) Improper adjustment of the pressure between the water roller, the ink inking roller and the printing plate, and adjust the contact force again;
(7) The printing plate is not dried, replace the printing plate.
11. Ink sticks appear on printed products
(1) The transmission gear of the ink distribution system is not stable, replace the unqualified transmission gear;
(2) The shaft head or bushing of the squeegee roller is worn, replace the shaft head of the squeegee roller or the worn shaft sleeve;
(3) The inking roller swinging frame and the inking roller bushing nut are too loose or worn, and replace the damaged parts;
(4) The contact pressure of the inking roller, the ink-crossing roller and the plate cylinder is not suitable, adjust the pressure;
(5) The bearing of the inking roller is damaged or the rubber roller is deformed, and the fault is handled;
(6) Improper adjustment of printing pressure causes ink stick to readjust printing pressure;
(7) The hardness of the gasket is not suitable, replace the gasket;
(8) The ink stick is caused by the axial cross-talk of the plate ink roller to eliminate the cross-talk;
(9) The inking roller is not suitable for hardness, too hard or too soft, using an inking roller with a suitable hardness (30 Shore)
(10) The drum transmission gear is damaged, replace the damaged gear;
(11) The impact vibration is caused by a large part of the machine, find the vibration source and deal with it.
