1. Principle
A certain volume of ink sample is expanded into the diameter of the cylinder under a specified pressure and expressed in millimeters after a certain period of time.
2. Tools and materials

3. Instruments

4. Inspection conditions
The inspection shall be carried out at a temperature of (25 ± 1) ° C and a relative humidity of 65% ± 5%.
5. Inspection steps
(1) The ink sample and the fluidity tester should be placed in a constant temperature room for 20 minutes.
(2) Take 2 to 3g of the ink sample with an ink adjusting knife and mobilize 15 times on the glass plate (one round trip). Use a suction tube to draw 0.1mL of the sample, scrape off the remaining ink in and around the nozzle to make the sample flush with the nozzle, and the ink in the tube must not contain bubbles.
(3) Squeeze out the ink in the ink suction tube, use an ink-adjusting knife to scrape the ink on the center of the round glass sheet in the metal fixing plate, scrape off the remaining ink of the ink suction tube core, and wipe it on the center of the upper round glass sheet.
(4) Place the upper round glass piece on the round glass in the metal fixing plate, so that the ink part in the middle overlaps, immediately press the weight, and start counting (note that the metal fixing plate is kept horizontal).
(5) Remove the weight at 15 minutes, measure the diameter of the ink circle with a transparency ruler, and measure it twice.
6. Inspection results
The average value of the cross measurement is the fluidity data. If the cross measurement difference is greater than or equal to 2mm, the test must be repeated.
