Enzyme Linked Immunoassay (ELISA) Instructions for Mouse Estradiol (E2)

This reagent is for research purposes only: this kit is used to determine the content of estradiol (E2) in mouse serum, plasma, tissues and related liquid samples. Experimental principle: This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of estradiol (E2) in mice in the specimen. The microplate was coated with purified estradiol (E2) antibody to make a solid phase antibody. Estradiol (E2) was added to the monoclonal antibody-coated microwells and then combined with HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse antibody The antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex is thoroughly washed and added with substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted into blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme, and into the final yellow under the action of acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the estradiol (E2) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured with a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm, and the concentration of mouse estradiol (E2) in the sample was calculated by a standard curve.

Type A FIBCs are made from plain woven polypropylene and other non-conductive fabrics. As there is no static protection provided by Type A FIBCs, it is essential that they are not used to store or transport combustible materials or used in flammable or combustible environments.

  • Examples of safe Type A FIBC use:
    To transport non-flammable products
No flammable solvents or gases present around the bag
For products with MIE >1000 mJ
Unsafe uses for Type A FIBCs:
    To transport flammable products
When flammable solvents or gases are present around the bag
